I took their professional training it was good. Everything was explained clearly and it didn’t feel boring or dragged out. The trainer really knew their stuff too, and when I had questions, they took the time to answer without making me feel rushed.

I ordered a few supplies and my experience was okay overall. The website was easy for me to navigate, so placing the order wasn’t a problem. The main downside was that the updates felt a bit slow, and my delivery arrived later than I expected. Once it finally got here, the product itself was fine and matched what I needed. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but it didn’t really stand out either...

"Solid packaging, everything arrived safe"
I ordered a few things from livbaysupplies.com i was happy with how everything showed up. The box felt sturdy, and nothing was broken, leaking, or messed up inside, which is always a nice little win. They used enough padding to keep things protected without making it annoying to unpack. The outer box did have a small dent, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, no complaints, I’d definitely order from them again

"They had what I needed"
I was trying to grab a few supplies and kept running into places being out of stock or showing backorder dates that were all over the place. Livbay Supplies actually had everything available which was a nice surprise.
The order was easy to place and I didnt have to swap items for random alternatives. Overall I was happy with it and I’d check them again next time.

I ordered a few supplies they feel really well made, not that cheap flimsy stuff you sometimes end up with, thankfully. The packaging was fine too, nothing fancy, but it did the job. I’ve been using everything for a little while now and so far, no complaints at all.

"Felt Misled by the Learning Resources"
I went to livbaysupplies.com expecting some helpful educational material, but it didn’t really live up to that. The way it was presented made it seem like there would be more useful guidance, but a lot of the pages felt basic and not always easy to follow. I also couldn’t find many clear examples, which was frustrating. It might be okay if you’re brand new and just need a quick overview, but I felt a bit misled because I expected more detail and better organization.

"A bit too hit-or-miss for me"
I’ve ordered from them a few times, and to be fair, it’s not always a total problem. Some orders have been fine. But the supplies seem to change from one order to the next, and I’ve had a couple things missing too. I don’t think they’re terrible, but it’s hard to fully rely on them when the consistency isn’t there

The promo code worked without any issues, so I’ll give them credit for that. It was nice to save a little bit, but the discount wasn’t as impressive as I was hoping. Not a bad experience, just not exactly a huge deal either.

I tried Liv Bay Supplies for the first time and was kind of waiting for something annoying to happen, like a weird checkout issue or hidden confusion somewhere. But the site was actually really simple to use. I found what I needed fast, checkout was straightforward, and the pages loaded fine on my phone. I’m always a little suspicious when a site seems too easy, but this one just worked. I’d use it again.

I picked up this adhesive from Liv Bay Supplies for a small repair I’d been putting off for ages.
